I just left from my first visit to Valencia after having an amazing facial from Nancy. She was great from beginning to end and I really loved the head and neck massage too. Thank you Nancy for leaving my face clean and my mind relaxed. See you next month for a microdermabrasion and massage. I can't wait!
I have been to many spas for massages and I pretty much like all of them, but I love Valencia. This was my first time to do Spa Week so I was pretty excited. First I had a massage with Monica and she really listened to what my likes and dislikes were. Next I had a microdermabrasion facial with Nancy. It was AMAZING! I was kind of scared because I had heard so many horror stories about microdermabrasion, but Nancy explained how they don't use granules anymore which is better for you and my skin felt like a baby's bottom when she finished. Nancy truly has a gift with her hands and her experience is top notch. I can't decide which service I liked better...
The other thing I noticed and really liked was when you go to any new spa you fill out your paperwork and I always feel like it's such a waste of time because I never see anyone review it?!? Not at Valencia. I watched both of my technicians look at my paperwork and that made me feel like they really wanted me to enjoy my services and I surely did. I will be making my next appointment today.

I truly appreciated that the entire facial wasn't a sales pitch! I've been to several other salons, and I have 4 kids - and a limited income. When visiting the other locations, I left feeling bad that I couldn't afford all the things they said I really needed in order for my skin to clear up. In talking with Nancy, she didn't try to pressure me into buying anything, and made me feel comfortable enough to ask questions about what was really necessary from a cost perspective to improve my skin. I was very happy with her personality, friendliness and she made me feel at home!

I ventured in to Valencia Day Spa for a "test massage". With fibromyalgia, massages can often be a painful experience. Not here! For the first time ever, my massage was not PAINFUL, but relaxing. And with Michelle's help, I'm living with firbromyalgia with less pain! She researched (and continues to reasearch and learn) new therapies to help me!

I first came to Valencia off a recommendation from Frisco Online. I was expecting to get the same "in the door, out the door" treatment I had received at all other spas I have been to. Boy was I wrong! Michelle not only is one of the most educated and talented people I have ever seen in her field, but she is one of the most kind-hearted as well. I feel like part of her family every time I walk through her door!

She understands what I'm saying and responds with what I need for that day. My hip and back have improved quite impressively by my going to Valencia Day Spa. Highly Recommended!

Michelle at Valencia is wonderful! She really listens and works what needs to be worked. She offers massage THERAPY, not just a massage!
Valencia was set up at an event performing chair massage. It had been so long since I had a massage. Those 10 minutes of heaven caused me to make an appoinmtent at their location. The spa is lovely and warm. The massage tables there are heated! I can not wait for my next service.
