Spa Etiquette

Reservations
Spa services are available by appointment Monday-Sunday. Please call or book online in advance to assure availability.

Spa Hours
The spa is open Monday-Saturday (10:00 AM- 6:00 PM) and Sunday (Acute appointments only) All services are rendered by appointment only.

Arrive In Good Time
First-time clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment to complete the necessary paperwork. Established clients should arrive before the appointment time begins.  The treatment session will begin promptly at the assigned time.

Late Arrivals
In fairness to other clients, we attempt to maintain an on-time appointment policy. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension and will be responsible for full service fees.

Guest Cancellation
Due to the nature of time at Valencia being perishable to both our professionals and other clients, we require that all clients give us at least 24 - 48 hours so we may have that time availble for another client. Cancellations within 48 hours will be a 50% charge of total services. Under 24 hours will be a 100% charge of total services.  No Shows will also be charged 100%.

There are no refunds for cancellations. All payments including credit card charges will be applied to a spa credit for SPA SERVICES ONLY. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.

Parties of 2 or more will require a 50% deposit 7 days before service time and remander will be charged 24 hours before services. Only spa credit for services will be issued in lieu of refunds.

Courtesies
Valencia Day Spa is a smoke-free environment.

Digital Detox
We ask that all cell phones be turned off before you arrive at the spa. Conversations on cell phones can be made outside the spa. Please consider others who have also paid for the peace and tranquilty we offer. Thank you.

Children & Young Adults
In order to ensure the safety of the little ones, we request that children not be present at the spa (with the exception of those receiving services).  Young adults  and children who are seeking treatment will need a guardian to fill out necessary paperwork and be present in the spa during the session. If a client arrives with children at the appointment and the children are not receiveing services, we will kindly ask to reschedule the appointment for a future date so the client may secure child care arrangements. Please see Cancellation Policy as the rule will then apply.

Attire
For Valencia Day Spa services, you are escorted into you room where robes and essential amenities are provided.

Payment
We accept most major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard) and personal checks. No cash refunds.

Gratuity
Gratuity not necessary but certainly appreciated.

Inclement Weather
Valencia has a weather policy for clients and it follows the guidelines of FISD Inclement weather policies. Also if we have a client who lives in a school district that is closed, we will waive the cancellation fee that day.
