Remember too that you can enroll in CPR classes and Infant Massage classes before or after baby is born.

Oh Mamma! Pre-Natal Massage
This time for the mother-to-be will focus on relaxation and special techniques that can release sore and tired muscles associated with the stages of pregnancy. Side-lying and inclined positioning of the mother-to-be are done during this massage. Our certified practitioners do not use face down positioning or body cushions. Those who are in their first trimester are not encouraged to do massage unless there is a release from their obstetrician. We also invite you to include our Bellissimo Bambino Belly Facial (30 minutes) to help nourish the skin and lessen stretch marks.

The joys of pregnancy unfortunately include dryness of your growing belly. Enjoy a 30 minute treatment which includes cleansing, exfoliation, hydrating mask, a stretch mark cream, and moisturizer. Very soothing for mom-to-be and that will make baby happy too! This service is great when with a soothing and relaxing pregnancy massage.
